Is there any garage in Sharjah that does everything under one roof?

I'm getting really tired of running around between different shops for my 2012 Lexus RX350. One place for oil changes, another for tyres, a third for AC work, and none of them seem to talk to each other. Last month I had a weird vibration so I took it to a tyre shop who said I needed an alignment, then the alignment shop said I had a bent wheel, then the wheel repair guy said my suspension bushings were worn. I ended up spending two weeks and over 2000 dirhams just chasing my tail. What I really need is a single garage that can do everything from diagnostics to mechanical repairs to alignment to AC work, all in one place without sending me to their "partner shops" across town. A friend mentioned a place called Comprehensive Auto Service but he wasn't sure if they handle Lexus or just American cars. Does anyone in Sharjah use a full service garage that actually has all the equipment on site and mechanics who can diagnose across different systems? I don't mind paying slightly higher labor rates if it means I don't have to drive to three different industrial areas and explain my problem to four different people. Ideally somewhere near Industrial Area 6 or maybe near the Sharjah Airport Road. Also would be great if they have a proper diagnostic computer that can read Lexus specific codes, not just generic OBD2. Any recommendations from Lexus or Toyota owners would be especially helpful. Really just want one place I can trust and stick with for years instead of this rotating door of specialists. Thanks in advance for any advice.
